The project involved improving the connection between the Shop Direct catalogues and online customer experiences. This was a joint drive to attract new customers to the brand and satisfy existing customers during the buying process.
We developed an improved suite of interactive digital assets (banner advertisements, email marketing template designs, tailored landing pages and microsites) to complement offline activity and develop online sales, and on page copy was created to aid search engine positioning and improve the response from customers.
